Schedule your first post to multiple joined groups in about 5 minutes. Write once, pick your groups, set a time, and PilotPoster posts to each one for you.
What you need#
- A Facebook account logged in on Chrome
- Google Chrome (required for the extension)
- Joined Facebook groups where you want to post
Step 1: Sign up#
Go to app.pilotposter.com and create an account. Eligible new accounts get trial access so you can set up and run campaigns before subscribing.
Step 2: Install the Chrome extension#
Install the PilotPoster extension from the Chrome Web Store. Pin it in your toolbar so you can confirm it is active.
The extension must be running (Chrome open, logged into Facebook) for campaigns to execute. See the Chrome Extension guide.
Step 3: Connect Facebook and fetch groups#
Open the extension popup and sign in to Facebook if you are not already. Click Fetch Groups in the dashboard to pull every group you are a member of.
You do not need admin access. Regular membership is enough for most groups.
Step 4: Create your first campaign#
Go to Schedule in the dashboard and click New Campaign. Write your post once, select the groups you want to reach, and set a date and time.
See Create Campaign for the full wizard walkthrough.
Step 5: Set sleep between posts#
Set a sleep interval (minutes between each group). Start with 3 to 5 minutes so posts do not all go out at once.
This keeps posting patterns looking natural. See Scheduling and Repeats.
Step 6: Launch and confirm#
Save the campaign. When the scheduled time arrives, the extension posts to each group in order. Check Logs to confirm each post succeeded.
[!tip] Schedule your first campaign 5 to 10 minutes ahead, keep Chrome open, and watch Logs as each group posts. That way you catch connection issues before you scale up to bigger lists.
What's next?#

- Groups and Lists: save group sets for reuse
- Spintax: vary post text across groups
