Billing#
Manage your subscription from Billing in the dashboard.
Plans#
PilotPoster has two paid tiers:
| Plan | Includes |

| Pro | Group posting, scheduling, repeat campaigns, group lists, RSS campaigns, spintax, media uploads, and auto first comment. Billed monthly or yearly. |
| Pro AI | Everything in Pro plus Auto AI posting, per-group AI text customization, AI image generation, content calendar, and related AI features. |

Monthly vs yearly#
Pro is available on monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing is billed once per year. Switch between them from Billing when you subscribe or renew.
Pro AI upgrade#
If you are on Pro, you can upgrade to Pro AI from Billing. Pro AI unlocks AI Customization in campaigns and the Auto AI features in the dashboard.
Free trial#
Eligible new accounts get trial access when they sign up. Trial length is shown during sign-up.
When the trial ends, campaigns stop executing until you subscribe to Pro or Pro AI.
Payment providers#
PilotPoster uses payment processors such as Stripe and PayProGlobal, depending on your account and region. Both handle subscription billing, renewals, and cancellation.
Canceling#
- Go to Billing in the dashboard
- Click Manage Subscription or Cancel Subscription
- Follow the steps for your payment provider
After cancellation:
- You keep access until the current billing period ends
- Scheduled campaigns stop executing when access expires
- Your data (groups, media, logs) is retained
Refunds#
Refund policies depend on your payment provider and purchase date. Contact support@pilotposter.com for refund requests.
Payment issues#
If a payment fails:
- You may get a grace period to update your payment method
- Campaigns pause if the subscription lapses
- Update your card in the billing portal to restore access
